Centenary Summer Hang Out

Is it too hot in the house this summer? Are you looking for things to do during the summer? Well, Centenary is hosting 4 weeks of gatherings for those who are free on Thursday afternoons from 11:00 am – 1:00 p.m. It is a time to check in with one another, to share joys and concerns and sing praise songs. We have a light devotional discussion after watching videos of different topics. After the devotional, we participate in a different activity each week. We played Bingo, we learned new things about technology using our phones and iPads, and we had an art activity lead by Madeline Chandler. This week, we will have a class led by Susan Edwards on stress management. Time of fellowship ends with having lunch together. We have been having a great time just hanging out.
